Q. How are fees to be determined?
A. All fees must be based on the projected cost of providing the goods or services. All fees must not be greater than those listed in the fee schedule approved by the Board of Education. You can find each school’s approved fee schedule on the school’s website.
The Division has been directed through Ministerial Order to
- Not charge fees or costs for textbooks, workbooks, photocopying, printing or paper supplies.
- Only charge fees up to the amounts in the schedule approved by the Board of Education
- Only charge amounts to cover projected costs of providing for the subject matter of the charge.
