Key Roles
I have had the great opportunity of teaching grade 5 at Innisfail Middle School since it was built in 2003. Prior to that, I taught grades 1, 3, 4, 4/5 combined, 5, and a 5/6 combined at JWES.
I enjoy coaching after school badminton to all grade 5 and 6 students. I take great pride in encouraging all students to be active participants in all areas of school life, getting involved in after school clubs and being kind, compassionate, well rounded students.
I live with my husband, Grant, and have two children, Taryn, and Kreg. In the summer you will find me golfing at the Innisfail Golf Course where I am a member. I also like traveling, baking, and tending to my wide variety of flowers in the spring and summer. Spending time with my extended family in Edmonton is a cherished activity. In the evening, you will find me curled up with a good book as I am an avid reader.
