Eric Adamuik

This is my third year teaching, after graduating from the Middle Years Collaborative Degree Program between the University of Alberta and Red Deer College. Before receiving my bachelors of education, I worked as a chef and baker after attending culinary school in 2009.

Since moving to Central Alberta from Calgary in 2015, I have grown to love Central Alberta, and I am looking forward to being part of the Innisfail community, and helping students engage with, and understand the world through literature.

My partner, Hilary, and I live in Sylvan lake with our two cats, Patrick and Dobby, and several dozen ornamental shrimp. When I am not teaching I enjoy: reading literary fiction, exploring Central Alberta (if it is between 10 and 25 degrees C), disc golf, pen-and-paper role-playing games, and playing the occasional video game. In the winter, I venture outside when necessary.
